Cotton Boll Opener

Features:

Construction: 

• A large capacity fan before inlet to create sufficient air pressure to aerate raw cotton by air turbulence 
• Large diameter beaters for dust, leaves and immature bolls separation
• Round holes of various size grids do not get clogged easily
• Pushing the clean raw cotton towards the discharge- end
• Grids of heavy-gauge steel sheets
• Top cover is painted with CR sheets for weather- resistance
• The main shaft works on three heavy-duty balls bearing encased in dust-proof housing

Operations: 

• For safety, guarding at the feed-end as well as at the discharge end 
• To collect trash & pre-matured bolls separately, a totally enclosed by sheet metal with door
• To eliminate slide rails, suitable base for fitting electric motor is provided
• To enable the operator to attend the machine without using spanner, covers of the machine are tightened by fly-nuts
